We are very pro active in ensuring that we comply with all legal requirements. Safety is one of our most important aspects and we check all of our equipment on a weekly basis and they are PAT (portable appliance tested) every 6 months where the law requires a minimum of every 12. We carry a number of different public liability insurances to ensure that we are covered for everything that we offer to you.
So many venues are now requesting to see documentation of PLI and PAT before a supplier is aloud to enter the venue. Over the last few years we have had a number of occasions where a venue has called us because the entertainment provided were not able to provide sufficient paperwork to ensure that there equipment was safe and that they were covered if they were at fault for an accident. Most of the venues in our area already carry our certificate but if they do require another copy we are only to happy to email them a copy and we always ensure that copies are carried with us at all times.
